About the design
I love trying new wines, especially locally crafted. I love the beauty of The Kawartha Lakes, so I decided to combine the two into a peaceful painting
About the artist
I have lived in the Kawartha Lakes since 1984. I have always loved art from a young age. I think that the Kawartha Lakes are absolutely beautiful, and I try to capture it often in my art work. In 2023 my entry into That's a Wrap was chosen ( Dance of Mother Earth Kawartha Lakes) and this year my entry was chosen (Lindsay Theatres) Both of which I am humbled and honored to be chosen. Life is art, and art is life. People say "stop and smell the roses" but I say, " look at the beauty around you"
