2026 Wine of the Year · Artist

Each of the designs (4 total) feature the things that I find tiny joys, in stained glass window style. Dating back, stained glass has been used both to cast colour through light and as a medium in which people show reverence to their beliefs. I believe in the life changing magic of seeing the small joys. A beautiful flower, some fresh fruit, butterflies pollinating, sunny days (and, of course, a glass of your favourite wine with a delicious meal). In unison, the four pieces come together to cast colour on the beauty of the little things; the small magic that life shows us. The medium of this piece is digital, drawn on my iPad.
I’m a 30 year old tattoo artist with four and a half years of tattooing and over a decade more of drawing. I love working in many different mediums and in many different styles. From colour realism in acrylic on canvas to linocut printing in a sketch style, I love to create. The inspiration behind a lot of my work is the beauty in the “mundane”, highlighting the small things that bring us joy which all amount to celebrating life.
