Signature Series provides the most authentic craft winemaking experience, enabling you to craft age-worthy wines of distinction that will impress every wine connoisseur.

Each kit contains 14 litres of superior quality varietal grape juice and concentrate that, in as little as 6 to 8 weeks, will make 23 litres of your very own exceptional craft wine.

Signature Series White

California Chardonnay

Bursting with hints of yellow apple, lemon and pineapple, and delicate hints of peach and mineral notes. Fresh and unoaked. A perfectly balanced wine with fresh and lively acidity.

Washington Pinot Grigio

Well balanced with green apple, lemon zest, pear, notes of honeysuckle and bright acidity. acidity.

Australia Sauvignon Blanc

Fresh, bright acidity and medium body. Peach, honeydew melon, kiwi, hints of tropical fruit and subtle herbal notes.

California Cabernet Sauvignon

Layers of dark berry fruit, notes of spice and vanilla with plush tannins. Heavy oak and dry finish.

Oregon Pinot Noir
