Original Whites

California Chardonnay

Captivating flavours of green apple, pear ana apricot enhance an upfront floral bouquet as is expected by the finest California Chardonnays. It will develop to reveal layers of ripe fruit.

California Moscato

A luscious blend with flavours and aromas of citurs and baked apple, and of course grape flavour. This is a soft white crowd pleasing California wine.

California Viognier

This easy drinking wine offers fresh floral notes on the nose and a pleasing peach and citrus finish on the palate.

California Gewürztraminer

This Gewürztraminer is balanced and crisp with bold tropical fruits of apricot and pineapple and floral on the palate.

California Liebraumilch Style

This wine features subtle citrus notes and a mild acidity. Its long and lasting finish will leave you wanting more.

Italy Pinot Grigio Style

An enticing deep apple and bouquet with apple and lemon and lime that follow through to the palate and linger with a dry finish. This Pinot Grigio is made in the true northern Italian style.

Chilean Sauvignon Blanc Style

Straw in colour with a refreshing grassy nose; bold herbal tones and fresh citrus and tropical fruit on the palate. This wine is has a finish both long and fruity.

Washington Riesling

This wine offers fruity hints of green apple and lemon with a subtle mineral notes. It is delightfully refreshing.

Original Reds

Chile Malbec

Chile’s best known and cherished red grape, Malbec, has hints of black cherry and blackberry fruit on the palate with an oaky finish.

Chile Cabernet Sauvignon

A classic Cabernet Sauvignon with a nose of dark fruits and woodsy. On the palate you will taste blackberry, black raspberry and cedar.

California Pinot Noir

This wine features aromas of cherries and fresh raspberries. Silky tannins while subtle notes of earthy tones and spice round out the palate.

California Shiraz

Black cherry, leather, and peppery spice blend in harmony to create an elegant flavor with soft, balanced tannins and a lingering, smooth finish. This is a California wine at its best.

California Vieux Château Du Roi

California’s prized grape creates a wine with a luscious bouquet of ripe red berries and plum. The palate boasts a hint of toasted oak with well-rounded, berry fruit, and a long finish.

Chile Merlot

A robust bouquet of warm dark fruit leads to elevated aromas of ripe blackberry cherries. Layers of vanilla and dark plum notes unfold to reveal a traditional Chilean dry wine with supple tannins.

Chile Malbec Style

Warm spice notes and aromas and flavours of ripe blackberry and blackcurrant. Chile is well known for these chewy, deep, rustic red wines with intense cherry flavours and blended oak undertones.

Italy Valroza

Luxurious flavours of dark plums and chocolate greet the nose, while hints of raspberriess, strawberries and plum along with toasted oak, and spices are found on the palate of this great Italian classic.

Australia Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre

Well known as GSM is a dark red wine with notes of black cherry, spice and blackberny. High in tannins with a deep and lingering finish.

Spain Tempranillo

Abundant red fruit, spice, and sweet smoke notes on the nose draw you in. The full-bodied palate and signature long smoky finish are true to character for this Spain wine.

California Trilogy

Toasty black cherry and blackberry with a medium oak finish.
